HISTORY

Our Story

Design Build & Maintain (DBM) is a family owned and operated company. DBM was created as a wing off Level Building Solutions Pty Ltd to build a new division specialising in the commercial building industry. The company has been in business since 2008.

DBM is managed by an experienced builder & an experienced project manager who have a combined industry experience / knowledge of over 30 years. We have a team of hand-picked industry experts & qualified tradesman who offer a wide range of building and maintenance services throughout Australia.

Our staff can not only help with you with your construction needs but also with remedial works & space planning for your office.

DBM have even been used to get jobs to the tender stages. We can provide a details scope of works, A products specification list, Working drawings and engineer’s details.

DBM has a long list of specialist consultants, engineers & experts that have worked alongside us for over 7 years. This is a great help when we come across jobs that require a specialist’s expertise such as floating wharf building / repairs & abseiling structural engineers for example.

BUILD

From building a small emergency make safe job to complex renovations / alterations & even commercial fit outs, we can help with all your building needs whilst meeting government, council, Worksafe, client’s requirements & guidelines. Whether it’s hanging a door or a complete construction project, we can help you.

DBM has full time Builders / Project Managers that have extensive knowledge in all areas of the trade. We have an outstanding track record and have completed all of our projects on time & on budget.

At DBM we make sure we provide our clients with all costs up front there is no surprises half way through the job, this is where our project managers years of onsite knowledge helps out as they have seen everything that could possibly go wrong so we can make our client aware of these issues and what to expect before we even set foot onsite.

MAINTAIN

Design Build & Maintain offers a wide range of maintenance services to all types of buildings throughout New South Wales. We have a huge amount of experience providing emergency and after-hours assistance with a team of qualified tradesman.
