Scope:
Design coordination and construction of a new public amenities building supported by extensive civil works, accessibility upgrades and landscaping improvements.
DBM delivered full project management and coordination across demolition, excavation, civil works and building construction. Works included new compliant pathways, services infrastructure, brick amenities construction and landscaping upgrades, all delivered in accordance with council and accessibility standards.
Outcome
- Construction of new council amenities building.
- 329 m² of new concrete pathways installed.
- 9,800 common bricks laid in building construction.
- Full plumbing, electrical and drainage services installed.
- 113 m of galvanised steel handrails installed.
- Accessibility upgrades compliant with AS 1428.1.
- Landscaping works including turf, topsoil and tree removal.
Results
