Scope:
Full refurbishment and reconfiguration of a 1,020 m² office floor to create a modern, acoustically optimised workspace integrated with existing council building systems.
The project involved demolition of existing office layouts followed by construction of new internal walls, glazed partitions, electrical
upgrades, kitchen services and acoustic treatments. All works were carefully staged to minimise
disruption to building operations.
Outcome
- Refurbishment of approximately 1,020 m² office floor
- Installation of 49 lm aluminium framed glazed walls
- 200 m² acoustic insulation installed
- Reconfigured lighting and power infrastructure
- New kitchen services and drainage connections
- Large format magnetic whiteboard wall installations
- Extensive painting and finishing works throughout
Results
The refurbishment transformed an outdated office into a modern, flexible workspace with improved acoustics, upgraded services infrastructure and premium finishes ready for immediate council operations.
