SCOPE OF WORK

• Remove all drummy render from entry.
• Re render entry & paint to match existing colours.
• Re install existing lettering.
• Add fall to all flat rendered surfaces.
• Supply and install a parapet cap to top of wall.
• Supply and install flashings to rafter ends behind rendered facade.
• Supply and install cover strips to existing ceiling.
• Paint all new surfaces.
• Supply install apron flashing on back of parapet wall
