Scope:
Full refurbishment and reconfiguration of Level 5 at Civic Tower to create a modern, acoustically treated office floor with upgraded services, kitchen and collaboration areas, compliant meeting rooms and integrated storage.
Works included staged demolition, new floor finishes, construction of acoustic walls and glazing and coordinated services upgrades, all delivered within a live council environment with minimal disruption to operations.

- Staged demolition & removal of walls, joinery, floor coverings & redundant furniture
- New carpet and vinyl finishes installed across the entire Level 5 floorplate
- Plasterboard & glazed walls constructed with acoustic insulation
- New kitchen & collaboration area built with detailed joinery, stone tops and tiled splashbacks
- Electrical works delivering new & relocated GPOs, lighting & charging stations
- Integrated joinery for print room, charging zones, storage cubicles, planter boxes & display cabinet
- Fire, access control & mechanical services upgraded to suit new meeting room layouts
